Prevent1 system
A product which will allow your council to take part in newly planned mandatory data exchange with the Scottish Government. Again AVD Computing are first of the mark with this product, Become a Beta tester of this product
Capture the information required for the Scottish Government and record what you have done for each household that have approached you on provention Homelessness mater, all in a easy use format. Tells us what extra you need and we will design it for you, we know one size doe's not fit all.
HL1 system
NB This product will allow your council to take part in mandatory data exchange with the Scottish Government. AVD Computing are the acknowledged leaders in this field.
This system incorporates the new Scottish Executive requirements, fields and questions. AVD is responsible for creating bespoke databases for numerous Scottish Local Authorities using this new system.
The Homelessness Supplied System
This system uses the HL1 database as a direct feed into the database again calculating those additional fields, filtering and new reports including the latest performance indicator.
Temporary Accommodation
The Temporary Accommodation Package aides staff to manage properties that are available, how much they cost the council, occupancy levels of their hostels and flats. The package also allows the staff to manage the hotel and BB invoices. The system also creates the HL2 returns.
The Case Manager
This package provides that essential bridge between a simple statistical exercise and a full orientated Case Management Solution including Case Note Management and Event Triggering, Audit ability and Management Approval.
Antisocial Data Collection and Monitoring System
This computerised system allows staff to compile and share information in confidence, and also design and develop a database to store and retain information gathered on antisocial behaviour including facilities to record complaints, evidence, reports against individuals/Families associated ABCs, support facilities put in place and any resulting interim or full ASBO. All case managed with details and progress and event triggering.
Access to this system will be restricted to designated users.
Recording all access to the system, requests for detailed information by external agency. A system to reporting of non detailed information to the Scottish Government will be included.
